Strep throat keeps the kiddos home today, but we are thankful to Luby's for providing us with a take out turkey dinner in lieu of the traditional meal we usually have with the family. I am thankful though to get an opportunity to share some of this Luby's take-out lunch with my Dad on this Thanksgiving day.
