The sidewalk along the side of the park holds many carvings from the neighborhood children from when the cement was first poured back in the early 1970's. I spotted this and recognized one of the names. My older brother Rocky tells me he wrote this here when he was in the 5th grade. "Penny Johnson was her name.", he tells me.
