Can you see me way up there anywhere? Ok... this is actually a picture taken the next day. I had trekked up to this spot the first day and managed to get all the way across the ledge to the green bush right in the center. You can spot the "cave" in the upper right side of the bluff... which was my goal. The soil up there was somewhat loose and there wasn't anything to hold on to and the walking ledge was pretty slim. When I got to the little green bush there just right of center I couldn't really see how far down it was over the side so I called down to Cyndi on the walkie-talkie and asked her if I'd live if I fell. She told me that I'd probably live if I landed on my legs, but would probably break them. She said that if I hit my head on the way down however, it probably wouldn't be very good. I decided to just go ahead and scoot on back. Cyndi asked me later if I had seen a snake because I had scooted back so quick. I wish I would have gotten a picture of me right there in the middle on the first day, but it'll be something to look forward to on another day.
