They purchased this lot from "Skeeter", an old timer I never met, but have heard many stories of. Skeeter's "tree house" as folks call it could sure use a renovation. Aaron tells me that his friends plan on knocking this place down. Not a bad idea, but I will kinda miss the nostalgia of this old place. It's seen many a flood, and was recently vandalized by some kids, but still stands strong (or as strong as could be expected anyway).
