We rest in the hotel and watch the closing arguments for the Casey Anthony trial about a girl who because of her own selfish desires ended in the death of her child who was just about the same age as my young grandchildren. Little kids need much time and attention and can be frustrating to attend to at times, but us parents and grandparents are life to these children - they look to us for our unconditional love and support. I could never fathom not having the little ones in my life. It's a shame this Casey didn't feel the same about her own.
