I love my trips to the river. Lot's of times I go by myself and have good times, but it's especially rewarding when the kiddos come along and I see the fun and joy they have playing with "blue ice sticks", "red fire swords", and swimming in the "green water pool.". On our way home at a stop along the way Granny picks up some goodies for the kiddos like this "Texas Princess" hat and sucker and we reminisce about the fun we've had on this trip. Little Kay-Kay says, "I wand da do it again!". These are the precious moments in life. I'm surely ready to do this again.
